experience as R&D; project manager preferably in Consumer Healthcare. Work experience in other industries such as Consumer‐Packaged Goods or companies/industries with high speed and large portfolio of projects might be considered.Scientific/Technical/Engineering Master or PhD degree or similarProject Management Certification preferredVery good knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and softwareAgile and LEAN delivery mastery, including Lean Process Optimization & Value DeliveryAdvanced planning and executionAnalytical and problem‐solving skills, risk analysis and mitigationEffective communication and presentation skills, and good command of the English language.Negotiation skills and ability to influence with or without authority at levels above and below own grade level Proficiency in building trust with teams and stakeholdersProficiency in driving resolution of team conflicts through skilled negotiation and diplomacy, elevating to accountable functional leaders as necessary
