and success metrics● Ensure alignment across projects and long-term strategyCoordination & execution● Coordinate cross-functional teams`s activities supporting the product development programs● Manage interdependencies within and between projects● Ensure timely delivery within scope and budgetMonitoring & reporting● Track program progress, KPIs, and performance metrics● Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders● Identify issues early and implement corrective actionsResource & operations management● Oversee operational processes and ensure efficiency● Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and deliveryRisk & stakeholder management● Identify risks and define mitigation strategies● Manage stakeholder communication and expectations● Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadershipWhat You Bring● A data‐driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics● Experience working in agile, cross‐functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach● Excellent communication skills—with the ability to bridge technical and non‐technical stakeholders and ability fostering consensus also within distributed and cross-functional teams● Strong ownership, accountability, and a forward-thinking proactive approach to problem solving● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field● Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus● Occasional travel for meetings, events, and user engagementsBonus Points● Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing)● Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real-time, memory,
