Support the WW Store Operations area with a focus on managing retail transformation initiatives, particularly the transition to the new SAP S/4HANA system. This includes rethinking all retail store back‐office and HQ processes with a "greenfield" approach, aimed at defining a global template across brands and countries, while working in close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Distribution/Supply Chain functions.
Responsibilities Actively contribute to the Retail and Finance Transformation project, providing a proactive approach and bringing forward ideas and improvement insights
- Participate in detailed analysis activities of retail processes (store back office and HQ), as well as Finance and Distribution processes
- Collaborate in designing To-Be processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization from a process, organizational, and systems perspective
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for system implementation
- Ensure proper implementation of the defined functional requirements
- Support Retail Key Users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and actively participate in them
- Act as Business Project Owner for the Retail area, coordinating Key Users' involvement across project phases and ensuring an effective transition (roll‐out) from legacy to the new system
- Serve as a point of contact both within the WW Store Operations team and with IT and external consulting firms
- Proactively address and mitigate potential risks and conflicts that could impact project success
- Contribute to the definition of the change management program, acting as a sponsor and ensuring alignment from an operational and business process perspective
- Manage, support, and oversee global training sessions for the Retail area
- Provide support to all stakeholders during go‐live and post go‐live phases Master's degree, preferably in scientific, economic, or language‐related fields
- Proven project experience, preferably in an international environment
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a dynamic, agile environment
- Strong knowledge of retail processes (both store and HQ), along with understanding of distribution/supply chain processes and solid awareness of financial impacts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and backgrounds
- Strong problem‐solving, solution‐oriented thinking, and time‐management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
