Shape Strategy & Translate into Action Partner with Product Group leadership to define strategic priorities

Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable impact

Ensure alignment across regions, functions, and stakeholders

Drive Complex Transformation Lead large-scale, cross-functional and international programs

Manage high‐complexity projects (technical, organizational, cultural)

Deliver tangible,

What You Know Experience & Expertise Proven experience managing complex international projects/programs

Exposure to: Manufacturing transformation

CAPEX / footprint / relocation projects

Digitalization (ERP, MES, WMS, RPA)

Lean Six Sigma methodologies
