Job Summary Practice Group / Department: Banking Leadership - Milan

Responsibilities Assisting in delivering advice

Working in local and international teams of lawyers

Conducting legal research and case law studies

Working on specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance and general corporate loans

Advising on shipping and maritime issues and law

Advising on the development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad

Qualifications Graduate in Law

Fluent in English; knowledge of a third language is a plus

Interest or first experience in banking transactions, structured finance, general corporate loans and trade finance

Interest in real estate and M&A; transactions, especially in energy and infrastructure sectors, is supportive

Passion for client service

Excellent problem‐solving, analytical,



technical and drafting skills

Energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements and capacity to deliver quality advice accurately and efficiently
