Job OverviewGraduate Area/Shift Manager Delivery Operations – permanent on‐site position at an Amazon Operations centre in Italy. Relocation support will be provided as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a team in one of the following FC operational areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship.Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to ensure quick, accurate, and cost‐effective customer order fulfillment.Provide training and integration for new team members.Set realistic, achievable progress and targets; exercise sound judgement.Safeguard team safety and uphold Amazon's high standards of quality.Demonstrate problem‐solving and analytical capabilities to improve and streamline processes.LocationsVirtual Location – ITA
