About the Role We are looking for a Portfolio Development Manager focused on New Itineraries to join our Supply team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, performance, and go‐to‐market strategy of new itineraries, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse markets and resonate with our WeRoad community.
New Itinerary Performance: define KPIs and reporting systems; collaborate with regional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the product offering.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new destination opportunities and product trends; develop new itineraries that align with our travelers' needs and the strategic goals of each market.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Travel Producers, DMCs, Destination Manager, etc.) to ensure the best possible product mix. Oversee and refine the approval flow for new itineraries; review and validate new proposals to detect similarities or overlaps; collaborate with Tech and Operations to optimize and automate approval workflows. Go‐to‐Market & Process Optimization: Coordinate and optimize the end‐to‐end process of launching new itineraries—from product testing to commercial roll‐out; ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, Communication, and Commercial teams; work closely with Tech and Operations to streamline product setup, data flows, and integrations across systems.
Website Curation: Oversee the presentation and consistency of new itineraries on the website; ensure all product pages include relevant and accurate information with consistent wording, storytelling,
and visuals; collaborate with the Content and Brand teams; drive test projects to validate and implement large‐scale improvements across platforms.
Experience in Product or Portfolio Management: 3+ years managing travel products, itineraries, or experiences—ideally in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry. confident interpreting data to drive performance and product decisions.
Market Awareness: Deep understanding of travel market dynamics and customer needs across different geographies. Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with marketing, commercial, and tech teams to deliver results.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple launches, priorities, and deadlines. comfortable testing, learning, and iterating fast.
