The Indirect

Procurement buyer is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end purchasing process for the assigned indirect commodities. The role ensures compliance with Group standards and policies while delivering optimal value through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and cost control activities. Lead negotiations to ensure the best quality/cost ratio in indirect procurement.

Identify and leverage cross‑regional synergies and inter‑company sourcing opportunities. Support the development and implementation of Master Service Agreements in collaboration with Haier Group procurement teams based in Italy.

Manage the full vendor management process: scouting, offer evaluation, SLA, T&C; definition and contract drafting (in collaboration with the Legal department). Process orders in the company ERP system and maintain accurate procurement documentation. University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering,



or related field.

Professional

Experience 2–4 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or similar roles, preferably gained in dynamic, international environments.

Language

Fluent in English and Italian. Working proficiency in French and/or Spanish. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common IT tools; SAP experience is strongly preferred. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Proactive mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement and professional development in the procurement field. Strong interest in professional growth in procurement is essential.

Fixed Term
