The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop in a company committed to developing talent and rewarding performance. You’ll represent the Project Manager on site and take control of all CSA‑related activities from day one through to handover. This isn’t a clipboard role.

Project

Start‑Up Support the PM in building the construction programme and short‑term lookaheads Get aligned on change management early (so there are no surprises later) Help benchmark quality standards and installation practices Live Project Delivery Track variations with the PM and QS (no lost scope on your watch) Ensure labour is where it should be—on site, on time, working Maintain a detailed site diary (if it’s not written down,



it didn’t happen) Work closely with M&E; teams to keep everything aligned (no silo working) Act as the point of escalation—own problems and drive solutions Enforce safe systems of work, permits, and method statements Carry out daily walkdowns with a “don’t walk by” mindset Maintain logs, checks, and inspections to the highest standard Quality (Where projects are won or lost) Manage inspections, snagging, and testing in line with ITPs Ensure all free‑issue equipment is checked, recorded, and signed off Close‑Out (because finishing well matters) Ensure all systems are complete, tested, and certified Support structured demobilisation of site resources Make sure all compliance documentation and signage is in place Proven experience as a CSA Supervisor on large‑scale construction or data centre projects Strong understanding of site operations, sequencing, and coordination Major European data centre project exposure Work with a contractor that actually backs its site teams If you’re a CSA Supervisor who takes pride in running a tight site, keeping standards high, and delivering properly—you’ll fit in well here.
