We are currently engaged in a mandate for an established Italian infrastructure group based in the region, assisting their leadership with long term planning and structural reviews.

To support our analytical work and the digital systems that house our research, we are adding an Associate Web Developer to our small, deliberate team. This is a tempo pieno, permanent position that is conducted entirely through remote work.

The Role In this position, you will maintain and improve the digital platforms that support our advisory work.

We do not produce slides or presentations: our work is built on the written memorandum. Consequently, your role involves ensuring that our internal document repositories, research databases, and public facing site are functional, secure, and clear. You will manage the technical environment that allows our principals to draft and archive their reports without friction.

Your day to day tasks will include troubleshooting site performance, managing content updates, and refining the interface of our internal tools. You will also assist in managing the security protocols for the sensitive data related to our engagement with the Italian infrastructure group. This role requires a focus on utility and reliability rather than aesthetic flair.





What You Bring We are looking for an individual who understands the fundamentals of web development and values the discipline of clear documentation. As this is an entry level role, we prioritize a strong grasp of the basics and a willingness to follow established firm standards. You should have a functional knowledge of the following:

- Core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Familiarity with content management systems and the ability to customize templates.
- An understanding of how to manage and organize data within a structured database.
- The ability to write clear, concise English for both technical documentation and internal communication.
- A disciplined approach to testing and deploying updates to ensure zero downtime for our principals.
- A high degree of professional discretion, as you will be working around sensitive corporate information.
- The maturity to work independently in a fully remote environment without constant supervision.

Developer role is a paid position, and the compensation is competitive for the current market and entry level requirements. Because we limit the number of clients we take on each quarter, we are able to avoid the frantic pace of larger firms, focusing instead on the thoroughness of our work and the longevity of our technical solutions.

The work we do is permanent. The memoranda we write for the Italian infrastructure group and other clients are kept on file for years as a record of the counsel provided. The digital infrastructure you maintain serves as the library for this collective intelligence.
