About The Role

AI is only as good as the humans who evaluate it. We're looking for detail-oriented people to review and rate AI-generated outputs — helping shape how the world's most advanced AI systems learn, respond, and improve.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for quality. No AI background required.

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy and relevance
- Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
- Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short
- Provide well-documented feedback that directly guides AI model improvement
- Work across a variety of topics and content types, keeping the work engaging and varied

Who You Are

- Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable reading, evaluating,



and critiquing written content at scale
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
- Clear, concise written communication skills in English
- No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll give you everything you need to succeed

Nice to Have

- Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation or structured feedback
- Curiosity about AI and how large language models work
