The main responsibilities are:Coordinate and control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings for these entitiesPrepare and record adjusting entries, accruals, prepayments,



and depreciationSupport monthly closings and preparation of monthly/quarterly Financial StatementsManage and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts for foreign subsidiariesOversee fixed asset accounting and related depreciation schedulesSupport group consolidation processesAct as a key interface with internal and external auditorsCollaborate consistently with local and international Finance functions (FP&A;, Treasury, Tax)Support in the preparation of the annual financial statements and adjusting entriesCalculation of direct taxes and deferred taxation in accordance with national accounting standardsSupervision of ordinary and extraordinary tax obligations (VAT, corporate income taxes, withholding taxes, CU, 770, etc.)Ongoing updates on tax and accounting regulationsPreparation of Transfer Price DocumentREQUIREMENTSDegree in Economics, Business AdministrationProven experience in similar roles, preferably in structured companies or professional firmsIn-depth knowledge of Italian tax regulations (VAT, IRES, IRAP, withholding taxes, etc.)Experience in preparing financial statements and managing tax complianceProficiency in accounting software (SAP), Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteAccuracy and reliability in handling sensitive data and deadlinesAnalytical thinking and attention to detailProblem-solving and decision-making autonomyEffective communication, including with non-technical stakeholdersCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
