Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and close — for a named set of central government accounts Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement leads, and agency decision-makers Partner with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver compelling proposals and demos Navigate complex procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and government contract vehicles (e.g., Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue in CRM on a weekly basis Stay current on public sector trends, policy changes, and agency priorities to position solutions effectively 5+ years of B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into government or public sector accounts ~ Experience navigating government procurement processes and contract vehicles ~ Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills ~ Ability to build a business case and articulate ROI to both technical and non-technical audiences ~ Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus!) ~ Nice to Have: Existing relationships within federal, state, or local government agencies ~ Nice to Have: Experience selling cloud, AI, or data/analytics solutions ~ Nice to Have: Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to the public sector (FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, etc.) Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
