You have a degreequalified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or relateddiscipline You own 10+years manufacturing leadership experience Demonstratedresponsibility for a manufacturing P&L; will round your profile You are fluent in Italian and English Multi-site operational leadership experience would be advantageous You have a provenrecord of delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity andprofitability Experience in coatings, speciality chemicals,



industrial manufacturing or process industries is desirable but not essential You may have knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements Understanding of PFAS-related regulatory developments would be of agevolazioni Why you will love working with us
