In order to implement our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. You will act as a point of contact for our clients' order issues and you will interact with other departments to guarantee an effective order management. Using our internal ERP, you will be in charge of analyzing the purchase orders and monitoring their status. You will be also expected to respond to existing client’s requests, resolve their queries timely, and aspire to deliver positive customer experience. **Requisiti**: - Bachelor or master’s degree; different education will be evaluated according to the experience in a similar role
- Experience in a cosmetic company is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
