WHAT YOU WILL DO Working at the heart of onboard healthcare, you will act as a Costa culture ambassador, supporting and guiding the Hospital Team while ensuring the highest standards of medical care and full compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for all medical matters on board, ensuring full compliance and adherence to Company standards Provide high-quality healthcare to crew and passengers through clinic services and on-call duties Manage medical cases, emergencies, disembarkations and referrals ashore in coordination with the Chief Doctor Ensure full compliance with Company medical procedures and foster collaboration within the Hospital Team Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities Act as a role model by respecting and applying Company Values, actively engaging and fostering teamwork WHO YOU ARE You bring strong clinical expertise, autonomy and the ability to deliver excellent care in complex, multicultural and fast-paced environments.
Required Appropriate Medical
Degree with relevant specialization (Anaesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Critical Areas or other relevant specializations) A minimum of 3 years of working experience post-graduate or post-registration At least 6 months of certified full-time experience in an emergency area (ER, ICU, ambulances) ACLS, ATLS, APLS or equivalent courses Enrollment in the Italian Doctors Professional Order (Ordine Provinciale dei Medici Chirurghi ed Odontoiatri) Good command of English (minimum B2 level) Availability to work onboard for at least 6 months a year, split into two contracts of 3 or 4 consecutive months Strong computer literacy (email, internet browsing and office tools) Nice to have Background in cruise,
