**RESERVATION INTERN** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Learn to handle guests’ requests in an appropriate manner
- Assist with the update of reservations and send confirmation letters
- Answer phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- Accepts and delivers wake-up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner
- Assist colleague in running daily reports for department **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE**
- Proficiency in English and Italian - Third language would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical skills including typing, Excel and Word
