The Brand Lead will work for Thermacare brand, directly reporting to the Business Unit Director. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** In particular, he/she will be involved in: - define brand strategy and roadmap
- ensure the current management of the brand and its life cycle deliver the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment define brand positioning and pricing through relevant analysis- assess market competition through sell-out, sales results and by comparing the company's brands to competitors' brands
- manage media plan and generate new projects in the digital environment, also by exploiting the potential of new media




- develop the brand storytelling and communication tools
- be responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through researches and strategic planning
- manage marketing expenses **WHO YOU ARE**
- degree in Economics. Further specialization in marketing and/or communication will be considered a plus
- at least 7-8 years of previous experience as Product Manager in a pharmaceutical company;
- OTC product management experience;
- strong analytical skills;
- autonomy and entrepreneurship;
good relational skills; good media and digital knowledge and skills;- excellent organizational skills;
