The Cluster Employee Experience Leader will lead a team of Employee Experience associates in their respective area cluster, ensuring we deliver with excellence and improve the overall employee experience. He/she will also have an eye to the future. He/she will lead business as usual (BAU) operations as well as look for ways to simplify, standardize and automate this work wherever possible. He/she will be also responsible for the teams' performance and further people development.
