The Project Post Order Coordinator manage and monitor all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned project/s, to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule, quality and budget. He/She directly reports to the responsible of the Post Order Management and to the Project Procurement Manager, once assigned to a Project. **Key Activities and Responsibilities**: - responsible for the integrated management of the Post Order-related activities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned project/projects, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time, costs and quality, following Project Procurement Manager/Director instructions;
- responsible for planning and monitoring post order activities on the project, in close coordination with the Project Procurement Manager;
- main interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Department for the material shipment at Site;
**Personal Attributes**: - work experience: at least 2 years gained in engineering companies in a similar role;
- fluency in English;
- availability to travel for short period.
