This position is advertised in this location but all our hotels - **iNUA Hotels** - are located in Ireland.** We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Spa Manager **for one of our hotels. **In this role, you will**: - Oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented spa therapists.
- Develop and implement creative spa menus and treatment packages.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and ensure the profitability of the spa.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests and exceed their expectations.
- Stay abreast of the latest spa trends and treatments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa management role.




- Proven track record of exceeding spa revenue and profit targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
