Posizione Mission:
We are looking for a PR Specialist to join our Hotels & Resorts External Relations Team based in Rome. He/She will play a key role in creating and implementing an effective communication strategy to ensure the positioning of Bvlgari Hotels in the top sector of the hospitality market and maximize its visibility on the WW media. Main Accountabilities: - Support the creation and the management of the Bvlgari Hotel & Resorts (BHR) communications plan and events calendar
- Maximize editorial coverage from a qualitative and quantitative point of view & nourish the external relations network
- Organize and support BHR initiatives and events at central and local level, ensuring alignment with central strategies and guidelines
- Handle global BHR press relations (request of stays, press trips, BHR events)
- Contribute to organize media visits and group press trips to the hotel properties including travel logistics and itineraries
- Work in synergy with Bvlgari Marketing & Communication departments to coordinate and integrate BHR communication in the overall Bvlgari communication calendar
- Coordinate and produce contents for the spoke people interviews
- Manage editorial photo/video shootings for BHR official photo galleries
- Monitor and manage global press coverage through Launchmetrics (DMR) platform, and organize coverage data and results in regular reports
- Create and coordinate BHR communication collateral materials




- Contribute to the CEO Newsletters with information about BHR latest activities
- Establish a PR archive/library of information: ensure to maintain a record and archive of the hotels history, press visits, press releases, collateral, photography etc
- Administrative duties such as budget forecasting and monitoring, as well as suppliers’ management **In occasion of new hotel’s openings**: - Contribute to create an ‘New Opening’ communication strategy and plan of activities
- Contribute to produce and oversee all press material sustaining new hotel openings and launches.
- Manage editorial photo-shoots during hotels opening and press events
- Contribute to manage the production of opening events
- Contribute to monitor budget for the opening event Profilo **Requirements**: - University Degree in Marketing/ Communication/Business Administration or similar fields
- 7+ years experience in similar roles, within the luxury hospitality industry
- Project management skills
- Budget and reporting techniques
- Effective and impactful communication
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Availability to travel internationally
- Communication techniques, tools and channels
- Deep knowledge of digital tools and social media
