City Sightseeing Milan" is currently seeking highly motivated Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join the team. This is an outdoor job based on shifts, May/October. Sales experience? Awesome, but not necessary. We can teach you everything you need to know. Knowledge of the Spanish language is preferential. You will learn to: - actively approach tourists and potential customers, distribute brochures to passers-by and sell tickets to all interested parties;
- issue tickets to customers and the collection of money;
- advertise and promote the Company in a positive manner;
- provide exceptional customer service by offering a warm welcome and highlighting the products and services on offer, identifying individual needs to ensure they receive the very best experience in Milano.
