Your role in our team NewBusiness Development (Primary Focus) Identify, target, and win new customers across the pharma and life sciences sector Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles from qualification to closing Develop strong executive relationships with key decision-makers Account Management & Growth Own and expand a defined set of existing customer accounts Drive customer success and long-term partnerships in collaboration with delivery and customer success teams Act as the trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene (Salesforce) andaccurateforecasting Manage deal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure Represent Körber at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings Provide market feedback to shape product strategy and positioning 5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales Proventrack recordin new business acquisition ("hunter mentality") Strong experience in account management and revenue expansion Experience selling complex, high-value solutions Demonstrated success in multi-stakeholder,
