The tendering organization is truly international and located in various locations across Europe. We operate in a dynamic and growing market and are now seeking to strengthen the team with experienced tendering professionals with home base in one of our office locations across the continent. **Your responsibilities**: - In this role you are accountable for the service level agreements (SLAs) tenders, from the initial request to contract closing and handover to operations.
- Define the services covered by the agreement, including the parameters for service delivery, support hours, response times, availability, performance metrics and support options, considering Sales strategy and Customer needs.




- Your field of operation will be substation automation and mission critical communication, providing the opportunity to handle a variety of tenders in our served markets. **Key activities**: - Facilitate communication and interactions between Sales and Operations to define the SLA scope and requirements, from the early pursuit stage until final contact negotiation and signature.
- Preparation of commercial, legal and technical offers aligned with Customer’s expectations and within the required timeframe.
- Preparation of cost calculation, reports, internal risk reviews and tender submission approvals.
- Continued improvement of the tender documentation and associated information. **Your profile**: - Higher education (e.g., bachelor’s degree) in engineering or similar.
- Technical understanding of substation automation, control & protection and mission critical communication solutions.
- Previous professional experience in Service related activities is a plus.
- Understanding and experience of tendering & commercial processes.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional requirements towards the completion of the proposal.
- Customer oriented and team player, with good communication skills.
- Language skills: Fluency in the local language of the desired job location plus a good level of English is required.
