What you will do Key responsibilities: Following the guidance of the Head of Internal Control, the Group Internal Control Senior has the following main responsibilities
- Execute the annual China-SOX compliance audit activity based on head quarter instructions and in line with the International Professional Practice Framework (IPPF)
- Drive automation towards compliance program execution
- Support Internal Control Director to review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls environment, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.




- Support Internal Control Director on policy adoption and deployment across the region.
- Cooperate with the management to enhance existing process set up embedding internal controls and automation
- Drive monitoring processes to anticipate risk identification and mitigation
- Be agent of change to drive efficiency and effectiveness of Internal control environment in line with entrepreneur and value add principle.
- Travel: 20-30% of the time across Europe What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or related field
- CIA certification is a plus
- 3- 5 years of audit experience preferably in structured and complex industrial environment ( preferably Big 4 experience)
- Knowledge of the Internal Audit methodology: preliminary analysis, opening meetings, fieldwork, reporting and follow up.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written, spoken and by phone).
