- We are looking for a highly skilled site manager to join our team._
- As a site manager, your role will be pivotal in the execution and coordination of our ongoing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. You will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements._
- You will also be responsible for the construction project’s document management, fostering a productive work environment and maintaining solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers._ **_ Objectives of this role_**
- _ Overseeing the execution of construction projects, from start and completion._
- _ Monitoring progress, tracking milestones and addressing issues or delays proactively._
- _ Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors and labourers to ensure safe and efficient project execution._
- _ Conducting regular site visits to assess progress,



quality and adherence to project specifications._
- _ Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules and change orders._
- _ Daily site presence onsite in Palermo_ **Qualifications**
- Italian and English.
- _ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or a related field._
- _ 10+ years of experience in construction project management._
- _ In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards._
- _ Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Italy_
- _ Strong leadership and team management abilities_
- _ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills_
- _ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills_ **Additional Information**
