Our client is a **Multinational Company** with the **Headquarter in Germany**, leader in the **general contracting of automated plants for industrial processes**, in particular **General Finishing** and **Handling**. The **Italian branch**, with a lean and rapidly expanding structure, is looking for a:
**SALES MANAGER
**Posizione**:
In particular, in collaboration with the** Sales Department in Germany**, he/she will have in charge to: - Maintain strong relationships and develop activities with the Italian customers;
- Create business strategies to expand the Company's presence in the Automotive/OEM and handling systems markets;
- Develop Company’s market in Italy (and potentially abroad) by identifying new customers, opening partnerships, creating an agent network);
- Develop Company’s proposal to new products and supported services;
- Oversee Budget and Sales Operations to achieve profit goals;
- Conduct regular reviews with Clients to overcome obstacles and ensure optimal results;




- Manage daily relations with the Sales and Technical Head Department in Germany;
**Requisiti**: - Engineering degree or similar technical diploma;
- Established experience in Sales roles in B2B environment with strong technical contents (experience in Automotive Sector will be a plus);
- Knowledge of the General Finishing and/or Handling sector;
- Structured skills and demonstrated abilities in acquiring new Clients, with a strong Customer orientation;
- Intercultural skills and fluent English language proficiency to interact with international business Partners (German will be a plus);
- Availability for frequent travel, mainly in Italy. **Altre informazioni**:
