About This Position
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented senior leader to serve as Chief for the Budget and Corporate Procurement Division. As Division Chief, you will lead the Bank’s institution-wide budget and corporate procurement functions, ensuring alignment with IDB Strategy+, the Business Plan, and the Impact Framework while promoting innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement within Board-approved policies and long-term financial sustainability.
You will lead the Budget and Corporate Procurement Division, part of the Budget and Administrative Services department within the Vice Presidency for Finance and Administration.



You will contribute to the delivery of its strategic and operational priorities as an integral member of the Budget and Administrative Services Department's Management Team. In this role you will provide leadership across a complex matrix environment and maintain close engagement with Senior Management, the Board of Executive Directors, client departments, and Country Offices.
