What you'll do
Target market and customer identification: Focus on identifying and contacting potential market makers, brokers and other customer groups who use API as their main trading tool, understand their business needs, and establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
Business negotiation and cooperation promotion:
Lead the business negotiation process to ensure that cooperation terms are fair and reasonable, effectively promote the conclusion of cooperation agreements, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market insights and strategy formulation: Continuously track and analyze the dynamics of the API trading market, competitor strategies and changes in customer needs, and provide data support and suggestions for the company's product iterations and market strategies.
Customer support and relationship maintenance: Provide technical support and business consultation to customers in the process of using APIs, solve customer problems, enhance customer stickiness, and promote continued business growth.
Performance achievement and team contribution: Set and achieve personal and team business development goals, including but not limited to key performance indicators such as the number of new customers and API transaction volume growth.
