The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of inspection methods, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and standard operating procedures.Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.Identify non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective actions as needed.Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Utilize a variety of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.Minimum Job Requirements2+ years of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.Basic computer skills and experience with data entry or quality documentation systems.Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, ACI, ASME, or AWS (as applicable).High school diploma or GED required,



associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.Strong understanding of measurement and test equipment calibration.Physical RequirementsAbility to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)May use telephone, computer system, email, or other electronic devices to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors.Occasionally will climb stairs, ladders, etc.Will interact with people frequently during a shift/workday.Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/workday.Will work various shifts, including swing, night and weekend.About UsAs a 100% employee-owned contractor, when you work at Sundt, you're not just hiring on at a company, you're joining a culture.
