We are looking for a motivated and structured individual to join the Self-Service Product team as a Junior Delivery Manager. You will work directly alongside a Product Manager on a real product portfolio — this is hands-on work with real ownership from day one. This is the entry-level role that starts as a 3-month fixed-term contract; Responsibilities Delivery Support Track ticket status in Jira, flag blockers and outdated items; Help coordinate cross-functional launches by monitoring readiness across teams. Draft weekly status updates for stakeholder channels. Documentation Keep Confluence pages current — process docs, decision logs, launch notes; Research & Analysis Conduct ad-hoc research (competitors, market, user flows); Synthesize feedback into structured input for product prioritization. Identify recurring themes and prepare input for product backlog and prioritization; Help track delivery metrics and flag friction points across the product workflow.



Requirements Fluent English; Ability to manage your own tasks independently. Nice to Have Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; Interest in gaming, digital products, or B2B SaaS; Any prior experience in coordination, support, or student project lead roles.
