Role & Project Overview We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting the People & Culture Manager and the HR Supervisor in the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting job ads on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, career site), CV screening, shortlisting, and scheduling Teams and in-person interviews. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and upholding Reschio' s standards of hospitality and professionalism. Coordinate the interview feedback process, ensuring prompt communication and a professional candidate experience that reflects Reschio' s values and employer brand. Proactively attract passive candidates via social media and professional networks. Build and maintain an active talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
