- Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing process, ensuring all entries are completed on time and accurately.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies, including Italian GAAP and tax requirements.
- Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with the finance team and other departments, including sales, legal, HR, and marketing, to support overall business objectives. **Qualifications**: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Italian GAAP and tax regulations. Experience with SAP finance modules is a plus. **Skills**: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
