2. Position Summary
Tasks
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Product Requirements: Write customer stories and product requirements files for the engineering team.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Feature Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven decision-making.
- Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. **Requirements**: - Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience in SaaS or technology industries. (Experience in climate is a plus)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters is a plus).
- Skills:



- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge in Climate (ESG), Carbon Footprint is a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of data analytics platforms.
