**Project Controls Engineer**required by our Client, an International Oil and Gas Operator, to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Milan, Italy during Engineering phase. (May relocate to Site during Construction activities at Engineering completion or provide remote support from home office) **DURATION 12 months, renewable**
**SCHEDULE 5 days per week (residential status)** **PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide Project Control support in relation to;
- Providing Project Control tools, reports and deliverables consistently and accurately for N+1, N+2
- General support to Onshore PMT and overall Project Controls team
- Reporting of project progress status, opportunities and threats
- Co-ordinate of Schedule interfaces associated with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Fabrication activities




- Co-ordination of Area 4 reporting on elements of shared facilities scope
- Co-ordination of Change Management processes
- Co-ordination of Risk Management processes
- Co-ordination and verification of EPC Contractor Home office deliverables (Project Controls)
- General support to Onshore Project Services **EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 20 yrs experience in supervisory project control roles in large projects.
- Experience with budget responsibility and accountability.
- Significant experience of reporting and co-ordination of all project control functions
- Demonstratable experience of managing processes associated Change and Risk Management
- Must have legal right to work in Italy
