For our Region Italy HR team, we are looking for 12-months temporary HR Specialist, focused on Sales and Marketing people and based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy). You will have the opportunity to experience the key Barilla HR processes, working within a very fast-paced environment and get a hands-on experience on employees’ life-cycle activities. As an active member of the HR team, you will develop your talents in a professional and multicultural working environment of a global company, where you will gain valuable insights, skills and competencies that will help you build your expertise. **Accountabilities**
- Support on HR core processes such as performance management, talent review, salary review
- Recruiting: actively participate in the execution of the recruitment process for new graduates and junior positions
- Employer Branding: organize and participate to Employer Branding events and activities
- Support the HR Business Partners on the internal communication process for internal and external hirings




- Collaborate with the Personnel Administration team for managing administrative topics
- Update the main HR systems and tools, guaranteeing also data collection, monitoring and reporting.
- Learning & Development: contribute to the organization and management of learning programs, capturing needs from the business and liaising with the Learning team and providers
- Master’s degree plus specialization in Human Resources
- Minimum previous experience of 6 months as HR intern
- International mindset / Studies or work experience abroad
- Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and open-minded approach
- Very good interpersonal skills, communication and team work attitude
- Highest standard of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
- Fluent English and Italian
