We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in, Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.

The Details

- - 1:1 patient ratio — one nurse, one patient, every shift

- Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life — days, nights, or weekends

- Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus

- Pay discussed at interview and based on experience

What You'll Do





- - Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home

- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring

- - Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour

- Weekend Days: +$3/hour

What You Bring

- - Active RN or LPN license

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Authorization to work in the United States

- Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided! xysqume )

- Experience with trach care, vent care, G-tube care, seizure care, and medication administration is a plus.
