The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management across the
Performance disciplines on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a
point of escalation as needed. Job Description: You will: - Works closely with Head of Performance, develops and evangelizes overall strategy and
approach;
- Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and
goals for the team;
- Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles. Owns the team
development process to train and develop team abilities;
- Activate and coordinate a team of specialists based on clients’ needs, Leading; brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, Paid Social marketing
- Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches
that will contribute to the clients’ success;
- Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client
issues. Requirements:



- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields
- +5 years of experience of PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and know how to scale each channel;
- Proficient in excel and Power Point;
- Proven analytical and quantitative ability;
- Problem solving and data centric approach
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills
- High details attention;
- Ability to work within strict deadlines;
- Interested in digital technology and has experience using latest marketing stack tools
- Effective time management;
- Strong strategic thinking;
- Team working and collaborative attitude;
- Autonomy and self-motivation;
