We're a lean, fast, Italian-born scale-up now expanding our story and this role is a big part of writing it. We're looking for a proactive, autonomous Partnerships person who knows the UK eCommerce market and knows how to build relationships in the agency world. There's no playbook yet — you're the one writing it, with full ownership from strategy to execution.

What you'll actually be doing Run the full sales cycle: pipeline, prospecting, demos, negotiation, closing. Build pipeline through outbound, referrals, networking, and partner channels. Create referral relationships with freelancers, agencies, and strategic partners. 2 years in partnerships, agency,



or B2B sales Strong relationship-building and sales instincts Familiarity with the Shopify / e-commerce agency world is a big plus!

Fluent

English; Italian is a nice-to-have. No layers, no waiting your turn: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks. Lean team, big impact. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with top-notch international talent, ready to disrupt and leave a mark. Build, don't maintain. We're early enough that most of what you touch doesn't have a playbook yet, you get to write it.
