Position Summary

Price Benowitz LLP is seeking an experienced Managing Family Law Paralegal to provide dedicated support to one Family Law attorney while also managing the Family Law staff team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced family law professional who can serve as the attorney’s right hand while providing day-to-day guidance, coordination, and oversight to the Family Law support staff.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of both substantive casework and team operations. Washington,



DC family law experience is strongly preferred (but willing to consider candidates with VA and/or MD Family Law as well).

Candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area may work on an in-office or hybrid basis. We will also consider highly qualified candidates outside the DC metro area for a fully remote arrangement, with occasional travel to Washington, DC as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, dedicated paralegal support to one Family Law attorney throughout all phases of family law matters.
Manage and coordinate the Family Law staff team, helping establish priorities, delegate work, monitor assignments, and ensure deadlines and service expectations are met.
Serve as a resource to Family Law staff, providing guidance, support, and accountability while promoting effective collaboration across the team.
