To support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager in Milan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.
? ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for:
Growing the Client Portfolio:
• Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across your area.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).
Selling the Company’s Solutions:
• Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.
• Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.
• Close deals and meet sales targets.
Collaborating with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.
Representing the Company at Industry Events:
• Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network.
?? PROFILE SOUGHT:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in tech/software or online services for hotels is required.
- Hospitality Expertise: An active, well-established network within the hospitality sector is mandatory.
