The Role
The Nurse Unit Manager provides leadership for Hospital@home - Hospitals South to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care, based on clinical standards and best-practice principles, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary framework, by coordinating the clinical, management, education, and nursing research functions within Hospital@home. Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.
Details of Appointment
Fixed term, tempo parziale, day worker, working 68 hours per fortnight, commencing from 21 September 2026 to 26 October 2026. Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Classification
Registered Nurse Grade 7b
Salary
$134,109 - $140,384 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023

Eligibility
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse

- Relevant postgraduate qualifications
