**Project Planning and Project Manager Support** Job location:



Bergamo The selected resource - after an intense onboarding process aimed at developing appropriate know-how about Customer business, products, projects and working methodologies - will be involved in Project Management Office activities, and, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility, will handle the following duties: - Project Planning
- Project Management assistance for planning purpose
- Cost Monitoring actuals vs planned
- Invoicing process monitoring and problem solving
- Reporting activities
- Attendance to meetings and elaborate minute of meetings **Work Experience**Specialized Knowledge / Skills**: - High School Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Discipline
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), previous experience in similar activities would be considered preferential
- Familiarity with MS Project
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication in Italian and English and teamwork abilities
