We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of a scalable, cutting-edge trading and custody platform within a cross-functional product engineering team. This role is pivotal in shaping a platform that will strengthen the foundations of our brokerage and discretionary business. **Responsibilities**: - Strategic Ownership: Own the product vision and roadmap for the custody platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the critical bridge between engineering, operations, and the executive leadership team to define the functional requirements of the custody platform and its target operating model.
- Solution Design: Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to co-develop innovative, scalable, and robust platform solutions that drive business growth and profitability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure the platform’s design and features address customer and business needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Execution Leadership: Drive the successful delivery of platform development initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and quality while mitigating risks and addressing challenges proactively.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making:



Use data and analytics to monitor platform performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and inform product decisions. Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial platforms, custody solutions, and trading operations. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably within financial services, fintech, or a related industry.
- Deep understanding of custody operations, financial trading platforms, and technology infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale, complex trading, custody, or brokerage platform development or infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams on technical solutions and architecture.
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on agile delivery and iterative development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organisational levels, including executive leadership.
- A strategic mindset with a sharp focus on delivering value to the business and its customers.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
