**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate projects related to the design and development of HMI interfaces for the automotive sector
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and clients to ensure an optimal user experience
- Oversee the definition of functional and technical requirements for graphical interfaces
- Assess the physical and cognitive ergonomics of interfaces, ensuring usability and accessibility
- Monitor project progress, managing priorities and risks




- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, ergonomics specialists)
- Interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with requirements and timelines **Requisiti**: - Master’s degree in Design Engineering, Interaction Design, Applied Cognitive Psychology, or related fields
- Experience in UX/UI project management within HMI, Infotainment, or Automotive sectors
- Knowledge of User-Centered Design methodologies, cognitive and physical ergonomics
- Familiarity with software development processes and graphical interface design
- Strong team management skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers and clients
- French proficiency at C1 level (essential for interacting with international clients and teams)
- Willingness to travel internationally, particularly to French-speaking countries
