Overview At NOI Techpark, we are seeking a motivated Legal professional to support legal matters with a pragmatic, service-oriented, and solution-focused approach. You will work with researchers, companies, startups, and public sector stakeholders to develop solutions while ensuring a solid legal foundation.

Responsibilities - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts - Managing tenancy agreements, cooperation agreements, service contracts, and general contractual matters - Providing legal support in procurement procedures and public tenders - Supporting the handling of appeals and legal disputes - Providing support in the areas of privacy, transparency, and compliance - Drafting and further developing internal regulations, policies, and guidelines - Providing legal support on matters related to urban planning and public law - Preparing legal documentation for the Board of Directors and other governing bodies - Advising and supporting employees on legal matters Qualifications - A Law graduate or hold an equivalent qualification - Initial relevant professional experience (ideally 1–3 years)
