**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**: - Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Humanistic Background.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition field.
- Fluent both in Italian and English.
- Autonomy and ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
- Strong Influencing skills, capability to create a genuine partnership of trust with the business and internal HR teams.
