**Role**: Sales Intern **Reports to**: Director of Sales **Property**: Duo Milan Porta Nuova, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel **Company Profile** Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio is a 4-star, 239 rooms, including 11 suites, all completely renovated with bright colours and unexpected details. In addition, the Hotel has a Bistrot with Italian and international cuisine, a Bar and a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness centre and 6 meeting rooms. The property is part of Marriott International which is the world's largest hotel brand and Westmont Hospitality Group. The hotel has been renovated in February 2023 and has undergone a complete rebranding becoming the second Marriott Tribute Portfolio in Italy. We are looking for a Sales intern. **You will have**: - Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English (B2-C1 level);
- Aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork and good communication skills;
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service;
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
- Previous experience in Sales and knowledge of hospitality are considered as a plus.
- Learning & Development focused on the management of work processes and Marriott International, the world's largest international hotel chain, in a professional and dynamic environment. **Main tasks**: - Analysis of local market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business leads;
- Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients;




- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions;
- Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities;
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs;
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads;
