Junior Operations Specialist (Milan Office / Hybrid) A unique opportunity to gain exposure to both client-facing growth work and internal operational processes within the finance industry, and learning how a fintech scales from the inside. Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with internal teams. Maintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.

Liaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved. Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.



Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools.

A recent graduate or current student (business, finance, economics, or related field preferred - but not required). Strong communicator (written & verbal) with good interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and grow across both commercial and analytical areas.

Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
